I can’t wait to see what today has in store for us, and to connect with my fellow VO peeps around the world.
Last night I was digesting the sessions, reading my notes and ruminating on the conference. I was pretty tired so goodness knows how tired the speakers and the team must’ve been!! For me I was tired but happy. And grateful.
This morning I’m taking a moment before going to get ready. Despite it being on Zoom I’m doing what I do everyday when I work:-

♥︎ I'm getting made up and dressed
♥︎ I'm dropping into my mindset of

✌︎ Active ︎listening
✌︎ Reactive ︎learning
✌︎ Constantly ︎growing
How do you mentally and physically prepare when you are working or training from home?
♥︎ Are you a pjs and hair up in a bun person?
♥︎ Are you a get dressed, made up and ready to face the world person?
♥︎ Do you roll out of bed straight to the computer?
♥︎ Or do you workout? Practice mediation? Journal?
There’s no right or wrong answer - we all have our ways.
However you do it, enjoy and have a beautiful day.
